According to the provided data, in 2003, S.T.D., who headed the public association "Toboi," in collaboration with representatives of the Talas branch of the State Cadastre and the State Talas Main Water Management Authority, carried out the illegal privatization of facilities necessary for the population's livelihood.
These strategic facilities, which are water intakes, were transferred to the balance of the public association through official forgery and were subsequently handed over to private hands.
The land plots in question are sized 1.7 hectares, 0.68 hectares, and 1 hectare, equipped with the necessary infrastructure. The total value of these facilities is estimated at 36 million 415.4 thousand soms.
As a result of the investigative activities conducted, the mentioned facilities, which ensure the livelihood of the population, have been returned to state ownership.
