According to law enforcement reports, in the Chety-Bulak area, the man was engaged in the illegal sale of vacant land plots, misleading residents of the city and surrounding areas for personal gain.
The suspect, N. K., is a 40-year-old resident of the village of Jangy-Bak in the Samarkandek rural district of Batken. He is currently in a temporary detention facility, charged under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Fraud).
Investigative activities are currently underway regarding this case.
