According to the police, an examination confirmed that the distributed materials are related to extremist and terrorist organizations.
Based on the collected evidence and the expert conclusion, a criminal case was initiated under Article 332 "Preparation and Distribution of Extremist Materials" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Currently, operational investigative activities are underway.
The detainees.
During the operational search activities, D. G., born in 1994, and Y. B., born in 1999, were detained. The court has decided to place them in custody.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing to identify other individuals involved in this case.
