Events unfolded on February 10, when the police received information from a medical institution about a patient admitted with injuries sustained as a result of a beating. An investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene, and this incident was registered under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Causing serious harm to health").
The suspect turned out to be 41-year-old A.A., who was placed in a temporary detention facility.
During the investigation, law enforcement agencies are examining the possible connection of the detainee to other crimes.
