On February 11, information was received at the district police department regarding possible storage and distribution of drugs in one of the houses in the village of Novopokrovka. An investigative operational group was immediately dispatched, which confirmed the received information.
That day, around 13:30, a local resident named K.B., born in 2007, was detained due to suspicious behavior. During a search, a white powder with a characteristic smell was found in his possession, packaged in wraps and taped with duct tape. A total of 10 bricks were seized. Expert examination confirmed that this was a synthetic drug called "Alpha-PVP."
This incident has been registered under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal production of narcotic substances, psychotropic substances, and their analogs for the purpose of sale.
The suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility, and investigative actions are ongoing to identify other possible accomplices.
