The victims stated that on February 7, while in a field near the village of Lenin, they became victims of an attack. Unknown individuals assaulted them, inflicted bodily harm, and took their belongings: an iPhone 13 Pro Max and a wallet with money belonging to K.H., as well as a wristwatch belonging to K.B. After that, the perpetrators fled the scene.
Information about the incident was recorded, and a criminal case was initiated against unknown individuals under Article 206 (robbery) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational activities, police officers were able to identify the suspects and detain them. They turned out to be T.K. (born in 2001), K.O. (born in 2002), and K.R. (born in 2006).
In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, all three have been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
During the investigation, it was established that the stolen items had been sold to third parties. Currently, these items have been seized and recognized as evidence in the case.
Judicial examinations have been appointed, and investigative actions are ongoing to thoroughly and comprehensively clarify all circumstances of the incident.
