According to available information, schools in the district have switched to online learning due to adverse weather conditions. Additionally, power outages are being observed in some villages, and work is currently underway to restore electricity supply.

Since February 11, avalanches have occurred on the roads Aala-Buka — Zhany-Bazar — Kirovka and Krasnaya Gorka — Ak-Tash, leading to a temporary suspension of traffic. More than 10 units of special equipment are involved in clearing the roads.

The weather situation is also challenging in the Toguz-Toro district: in some localities, the snow cover has reached one meter. After the road clearing work was completed, transport communication with all villages was restored, and schools also switched to distance learning.

In some sections of the alternative north-south road, traffic is restricted due to avalanche occurrences, and control posts have been established. Similar restrictions have been introduced on the section adjacent to the Jumgal district of the Naryn region.

The personal responsibility for the situation in both districts has been assigned to the authorized representative of the president in the Jalal-Abad region, Tilek Tekebaev. Relevant services have been instructed to take prompt measures.
