Restrictions have been imposed on the passage of heavy trucks at the Ala-Bel pass
Due to a sharp deterioration in weather conditions and heavy snowfall, as well as the possibility of snow avalanches, the Ministry of Transport and Communications has announced temporary restrictions on traffic on several highways.
From 19:00 on January 16, the movement of all vehicles on the routes Ala-Buka – Jany-Bazar – Kirovka and Krasnaya Gorka – Ak-Tash is closed.
According to the press service, road services are currently working on clearing these sections of snow.
In addition, from 20:00 on January 16, restrictions have been imposed on the passage of heavy trucks at the Aral post on the Bishkek – Osh highway at the Ala-Bel pass.
