In connection with this fact, a criminal case was opened under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Suspects.
As a result of operational-search activities, the suspects were identified and detained: M.A., born in 1999, and T.A., born in 2001. They were taken to the investigative department and, in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek.
