According to law enforcement agencies, the driver, born in 1990, named S.K., was driving a KIA K5 vehicle, moving north on Tynalieva Street. While making a left turn, he hit the pedestrian F.A., born in 2004, who was crossing the road from east to west.
Unfortunately, the girl died at the scene from her injuries.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 312 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning violations of traffic rules. The driver has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, the vehicle is in a specialized impound lot, and necessary examinations have been appointed.
