Ulan is a close associate of Eldar Zhakypbekov
Employees of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained an investigator of the GKNB of the Chui region, named Ulan and known by the nickname Vaseline. He is connected to the former head of the GKNB in Bishkek, Eldar Zhakypbekov. Video footage of the detention is actively being circulated on social media.
It should be noted that Eldar Zhakypbekov was suspended from his position and then detained. By the decision of the Pervomaisky District Court, he has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate until April 15. The military prosecutor's office has already filed corruption charges against him.
