The general director of one of the LLCs, I. Y., contacted law enforcement to investigate the actions of B. E. and his accomplice M. N. According to him, they, posing as sellers of rebar, deceitfully took possession of the goods.
The total damage caused by the fraudsters amounted to 2 million 400 thousand soms.
It should be noted that earlier, on January 15, the first suspect, M. N., was detained and is currently in custody.
The Leninsky District Department of Internal Affairs has initiated a criminal case under Article 209 (fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
After the detention, B. E. was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs.
The investigation is ongoing.
