During the incident, law enforcement agencies were ensuring public order while court bailiffs executed a court decision.
As of today, the building has already been completely demolished.
Additionally, based on a collective appeal from citizens, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 213, Part 2, Clause 2 ("Unauthorized occupation or seizure of premises, buildings, or structures") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. An investigation is currently underway.
