It became known that on February 21, U. S. filed a complaint with the Internal Affairs Department regarding the actions of an unknown individual. According to her, around 13:20 that day, a man entered a store in the village of Kashka-Bash and, threatening a minor saleswoman born in 2008 with a sharp object, stole 350 soms and a Redmi 12 mobile phone from the cash register, after which he fled the scene of the crime.
As a result of operational-search activities, police officers detained the suspect, born in 1993, known as M. M. He was taken to the investigative service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District, and in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, he was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department.
