The investigation established that employees of the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) of the Lenin District inflicted bodily harm on L.D.T., who was detained on suspicion of petty hooliganism. The victim was hospitalized at the National Hospital, where he was diagnosed with: closed traumatic brain injury, closed spinal cord injury with fractures of the transverse processes of two vertebrae, as well as contusions of the soft tissues of the face and lower back.
On February 21, junior lieutenant of police R.u.M. was detained by employees of the GKNB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD). He is currently in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB.
