An expert conclusion confirmed that the man was diagnosed with a closed traumatic brain injury in the form of a concussion, as well as a closed spinal cord injury with fractures of the transverse processes of two vertebrae, in addition to soft tissue bruises of the face and lower back.
During joint operations by the GKNB and SVR MVD, junior lieutenant of police R. U. M. was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB KR.
The investigation is currently ongoing, aimed at identifying other officials involved in this incident.
