According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Kuban Adyl uulu is accused of organizing a group responsible for coordination, communication with law enforcement agencies, and financing. As a result, he was sentenced to 9 years in prison.
Among the other defendants who also received their sentences:
- K. A. O. (born in 1987), a foreign national who participated in combat operations outside the country. He had combat grenades, ammunition, and drones seized from him. He was sentenced to 9 years of imprisonment.
- A. u. M., a foreign national, was detained with a pistol and drugs. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
- M. M. T., a specialist in drones and explosive devices, came to Kyrgyzstan to participate in the riots. He also received 9 years.
- B. T. N., a coordinator from the Chui region who was involved in financing and recruiting participants. His sentence was 13 years.
- K. D. S., who agitated for and financed the events. Sentenced to 9 years.
- Ch. A. S., a coordinator involved in recruiting and paying participants. He also received 9 years in prison.
