According to law enforcement agencies, the detainee turned out to be a citizen of a neighboring country, L.Y.D., born in 2006. He was apprehended while carrying drugs in a brown bag. During the search, more than one kilogram of synthetic substances was discovered and seized from him.
This fact has been registered, and a criminal case has been initiated under Article 282 "Illegal manufacture with the intent to sell narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The seized drugs have been sent for forensic chemical examination.
Law enforcement agencies continue to carry out operational activities to identify other suspects involved in this crime.
