On February 11, information about possible storage and distribution of drugs in one of the houses in the village of Novopokrovka was received by the police department of the Issyk-Ata district. Following this, an investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene.

During the operational activities, the received information was confirmed. Around 1:30 PM, law enforcement officers detained the suspect. Upon conducting a personal search, a white powdery substance with a characteristic smell was found on him, packaged in wraps and taped with adhesive tape.
The individual turned out to be K.B., born in 2007. A total of 10 bricks containing the specified substance were seized from him. Forensic chemical examination confirmed that the seized substance is the psychotropic substance a-PVP.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 282 (illegal production of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs for the purpose of sale) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility. Currently, investigative and operational activities are ongoing to clarify all circumstances of the case and potential accomplices.
