According to information received by the agency, on February 26 at around 21:30, residents of the house at 13 Toygonbaeva Street called 102 to complain about improperly parked cars blocking the passage. The patrol officers who arrived at the scene found cars under a "No Parking" sign.
Among the violators was Erulan Kokulov himself, who, upon approaching his vehicle, expressed dissatisfaction with the actions of the inspectors, noting that he is an "untouchable person."

However, the UPSM staff did not yield to his pleas and drew up a report of the violation, emphasizing that the law applies to all citizens, regardless of their status.
The agency added that efforts to combat parking violations continue.
