According to the police information, two individuals were detained during the incident: M. B. and B. K., both born in 1997. The conflict took place at the intersection of Leo Tolstoy and Nekrasov Streets.
A protocol has been drawn up against M. B. under Article 126 "Minor Hooliganism" of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. The case documents will be sent to the Lenin District Court for further consideration.
The police urge all road users to maintain order, show respect for one another, avoid provocations, and refrain from actions that could lead to conflicts and violations of the law.
Earlier, after the video of the road incident appeared on social media, the police began a preliminary investigation to identify the participants in the conflict and assess their actions from a legal standpoint.
