The case has been registered under Article 155, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which pertains to violent sexual acts, including various forms committed with the use of violence that does not pose a threat to the life and health of the victim, as well as in cases where the victim's helpless state is exploited.
Two men, A.R. and O.K., both born in 1992, were detained by the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Pervomaisky District. The suspect O.K. has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, the investigation into this incident is ongoing.
