A resident of the capital contacted the police, reporting the actions of an acquaintance. According to him, the fraudster initially took a "KIA K7" car from him for sale, which was valued at $16,000, promising to sell it within a month. Then he took two more "Hyundai Sonata" cars worth $12,000 and $12,500. In total, the victim handed over $20,500 to him, after which the suspect stopped communicating.
This case was recorded under Article 209 ("Fraud") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Employees of the October District Internal Affairs Department detained the suspect, born in 1981, known as O.A. He has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
