According to information, the incident occurred on the night of October 12, around 11:00 PM. An ambulance received a call that a man with a gunshot wound was found in a car near a banquet hall in the village of Chon-Aryk.
A rapid response investigative team arrived at the scene. It was established that the deceased was Kubanychbek Kapalov, the Deputy Head of the Bailiff Service under the General Prosecutor's Office.
Currently, law enforcement agencies are investigating all the circumstances of this incident.
