According to data from the Prosecutor General's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, the region is implementing presidential decrees adopted on June 5, 2025 (No. 178) "National Development Program of the Kyrgyz Republic until 2030" and on December 18, 2024 (No. 369) "Doctrine (Unguzhol) 'National Spirit - Global Heights'.
Over the past year, the regional prosecutor's office organized 177 meetings, which were attended by more than 33,000 students, about 30,000 parents, and representatives of various government agencies. Measures for crime prevention were discussed at these events.
As part of the plan to monitor compliance with laws in the area of crime prevention, including domestic violence, school racketeering, and road safety, the prosecutor's office conducted 54 inspections. As a result of these inspections, 142 violations of legislation were identified. To address these violations, 43 presentations, 6 demands, and 7 warnings were prepared. As a result of the prosecutor's actions, 52 officials faced disciplinary measures.
In 2025, the prosecutor's office also conducted 35 inspections in the area of protecting the rights of entrepreneurs. 100 violations were found, of which 99 have already been rectified. 1 protest, 3 resolutions to cancel decisions on violations, 28 presentations, 2 demands, and 3 warnings were issued. Additionally, 2 cases of violations were initiated. Based on the actions of the prosecutor's office, 28 employees were subjected to disciplinary punishment, and 2 officials received fines.
Throughout 2025, the Jalal-Abad prosecutor's office received 36 appeals from entrepreneurs. Of these, 19 were satisfied, 14 received clarifications, and 3 were forwarded to the appropriate authorities.
Furthermore, the prosecutor's office held 48 meetings with business participants and representatives of law enforcement and regulatory agencies. Representatives of the business community from various sectors participated in these meetings, as reported in the press release.
