According to preliminary data, the tragic incident happened on March 19 at around 5:50 AM on A. Mamirov Street, near the "Asan-Usun" store. At that time, the driver of the foreign car hit the woman who was performing her official duties.
The deceased was Batma Madmarova, born in 1959, a resident of the Aravan district. She had been working at "Tazalyk" since September 2025.
An electronic report has already been registered regarding the incident, a preliminary investigation has been initiated, and a forensic medical examination has been appointed.
The driver, born in 1998 and a native of Bishkek, has been detained. He claims that the car skidded on the slippery road, causing him to veer off the road.
The suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility for further investigation.
