According to UPMS representatives, the driver's attempt to flee was unsuccessful, and he was soon apprehended. Upon inspection, it was found that he did not have a driver's license. It was also revealed that he had previously been deprived of his driving rights.
During further checks, signs of alcohol intoxication were found in the detained individual. He was sent to a narcological facility, where the fact of intoxication was confirmed.
The vehicle was towed to an impound lot, and a protocol for the offense was drawn up against the driver, which will be submitted to the court for further action.
