According to eyewitness accounts, the driver of a "Toyota Avalon" was attempting to swerve around a pedestrian who suddenly stepped onto the road. As a result of the maneuver, the car crashed into a road barrier and then overturned.
The press service of the Traffic Police of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Chui region provided the following information:
“On March 21, at approximately 23:50, a driver named J.B.S., born in 2006, was operating a 'Toyota Avalon' while heading east on Frunze Street in the village of Novopavlovka. At the intersection with Border Street, he lost control of the vehicle, resulting in a collision with an obstacle, and the car overturned. As a result of the accident, J.B.S. sustained a head injury and was hospitalized at the National Hospital.”
