The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan has identified violations in the employment process of citizens in Denmark and Germany. According to the press service of the ministry, in collaboration with the Center for Employment of Citizens Abroad, which operates under the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration, the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted field activities. The aim of these activities was to curb illegal employment practices of Kyrgyz citizens in the Kingdom of Denmark and the Federal Republic of Germany based on complaints received from citizens.
According to the ministry, it was revealed that the organization "Asia Consult Visa" was engaged in the employment of citizens under the pretext of providing visa assistance without the necessary permits.
As a result of the conducted inspection, administrative protocols were drawn up in accordance with Article 95 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Illegal Activity in the Employment of Citizens".

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reminds that employment of citizens outside the country is only possible with the appropriate permits.
