Debt obligations were the cause of the incident
As a result of the investigation into the video in which a man was seen chained in Dordoi, a suspect has been detained. This was reported by the Internal Affairs Department of the Sverdlovsk District of Bishkek.
Recently, a video appeared on social media showing rescuers using a grinder to cut the chain. According to the video's author, it was the man's wife who tied him to the chain.
This incident was recorded in accordance with Article 169 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the investigation, it was established that the cause of this act was a monetary debt.
Investigative actions led to the detention of a citizen identified as I.U., born in 1971, who was placed in a temporary detention facility.
