36 fines replaced by imprisonment for non-compliance with court rulings in 2025
Out of the total number, court decisions were executed concerning 1,356 individuals, amounting to 221.3 million soms, or 36% of the total sum.
Due to unpaid fines, 188 petitions were submitted to the courts for the replacement of punishment with imprisonment, and 36 of them were granted.
Additionally, the courts confiscated property based on 1,697 decisions, of which enforcement affected 715 cases.
