As journalists found out, the operator managing the Korawich Marine 888 boat primarily offered excursions for Russian-speaking tourists in the low price segment. This circumstance may affect the level of service, and previously, boats from this company have already been involved in emergency situations.
The incident occurred on the morning of January 11, and an investigation is currently underway.
