According to information provided by the press service of the Bishkek City Police Department on January 20, a preliminary investigation has been initiated regarding this incident. Operatives from the capital's police, working in the Service for Combating Extremism and Illegal Migration, together with employees of the State National Security Committee (GKNB), were able to identify the participants in the video. They turned out to be T.K., S.S., and M.M., all born in 1991.
All three were taken to the Investigative Service of the Bishkek City Police Department, where they expressed their apologies for the published material.
Based on the results of the investigation, a decision will be made regarding further legal actions.
