The road traffic accident happened on the morning of January 22 at around 9:30 on the bypass road in the Suzak district. Eyewitnesses report that the truck was descending from the Topurak-Bel pass towards the village of Suzak. During the descent, the vehicle's brakes failed, causing it to overturn.
Drivers passing by provided assistance to the victim and called an ambulance.
According to Akjol Turgunbaev, the chief physician of the Suzak territorial hospital, the injured man was placed in the trauma department. "A man born in 1993 was admitted to our hospital after being injured in the accident. He has been diagnosed with a closed fracture of the right femur and an open fracture of the left tibia. The patient is in a state of traumatic shock and is currently under the supervision of medical staff," he said.
