As specified by the Issyk-Kul Regional Hospital, the student was admitted to the medical facility on January 11 at around 00:15, where he was diagnosed with a closed oblique fracture of the right shin with displacement.
His condition is currently stable, and preparations are underway for surgery, which is expected to take place within 3–4 days.
