He stated that since December 11, 2025, his father and brother have been in pre-trial detention center No. 1 in Bishkek. Mamasidikov claims that the criminal case against them was initiated by the capital's police officers, and he considers it unfounded.
In his speech, Umar mentioned that he had received offers to pay money for a "positive resolution" of their case.
“My ayash-ata informed me that he spoke with a lawyer who stated that $60,000 was needed to close the case. I replied that it was impossible to raise such an amount. Later, law enforcement representatives reduced the amount to $30,000 and demanded the money before the New Year,” he shared.
After that, Mamasidikov discussed the situation with his sister, who recommended that he contact the GKNB. As a result, he was able to find $20,000 and submitted a statement. According to him, after that, the lawyer and several police officers were detained.
In light of the above, Mamasidikov and his lawyer Aibek Omurov appealed to the authorities to take control of the situation.
