Patrol service officers stopped his vehicle and, suspecting possible alcohol intoxication, began checking documents. According to eyewitnesses, the man immediately claimed to hold the position of head of one of the departments of the Traffic Police in the Chui region.
At first, he denied consuming alcohol, but later admitted to it. The driver refused to undergo testing at the narcological dispensary, but ultimately, he was taken to a medical facility where the test confirmed the presence of alcohol in his blood.
During a conversation with the narcologist, he stated that he had taken "aspirin or anti-flu medication" due to a headache.
