According to information from the Kyrgyz Professional Football League, the match that opens the season will take place on that day.
This season, 16 teams will compete for the championship title: 14 participants from the previous championship and two newcomers — "Toktogul" from the eponymous district and "Asia" from Talas.
It is worth noting that in 2025, the championship title was won by the Premier League newcomer "Bars" from Karakol, while the country cup went to Bishkek's "Dordoi".
