Kamchybek Tashiev, serving as the Deputy Chairman of the Government and Head of the State Committee for National Security, participated in the opening ceremony of a new sports complex in Bishkek. The complex was built on the territory of the Republican Sports College named after Sheraly Sydykov.
After the completion of major renovations, a dormitory, mosque, and educational building were put into operation.
The new sports center will provide youth with various opportunities for sports and education. It includes a wrestling hall, spectator stands, a dining area, a conference room, and other training facilities.
The wrestling hall is equipped with modern mats and necessary equipment for Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling, allowing athletes to conduct intensive training and prepare for international competitions. Additionally, the complex includes a cardio area for general physical training.
The updated educational building ensures a harmonious combination of the educational process and sports activities. The new medical block and sanitary unit are equipped with modern equipment for preventive examinations and first aid.
Kamchybek Tashiev emphasized that this complex will become a center for training not only future champions but also well-rounded youth. He noted that the opening of the new facility provides new opportunities for the professional growth of athletes and further development of sports infrastructure in the region.
