On January 20, Minsk's Dynamo officially confirmed the signing of a contract with the 25-year-old player.
Alykulov started the recent season with the Moscow club Torpedo, where he had been playing since last year, but ultimately could not maintain a spot in the starting lineup.
The player already has experience playing in the Belarusian championship, having represented Neman from Grodno in 2019 and 2023.
Last season, the Dynamo team finished second in the Belarusian Premier League, which allowed them to participate in the UEFA Europa Conference League qualification.
Also playing in the Belarusian championship are Gulzhigit Borubaev, representing Neman, and Emir Ernysov from the Minsk club.
After the conclusion of the previous season, Alimardon Shukurov and Amartur Shamurzaev left Belarus to continue their careers in the Kyrgyzstan championship, playing for Muras United and Özgön, respectively.
