
According to the document, the following examinations are provided for diagnosing risks of early aging:
- clinical blood test with determination of ESR and general urine analysis;
- biochemical blood test to assess levels of ferritin, C-reactive protein, interleukin-6, as well as zinc, magnesium, and tumor necrosis factor, if biological age exceeds chronological age by five years or more;
- tests to detect early activation of metabolic changes: levels of insulin, glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), testosterone in men, and estradiol in women;
- checking levels of calcium, phosphorus, and alkaline phosphatase for early diagnosis of possible musculoskeletal disorders;
- studies aimed at identifying risks of metabolic disorders, obesity, cognitive decline, and issues with psycho-emotional state.
All procedures will be carried out in specialized centers for healthy longevity medicine.
