During the meeting, various aspects concerning the strengthening of strategic partnership between the two countries were discussed. The participants exchanged views on foreign policy issues, current international and regional challenges, and also discussed multilateral initiatives. Special attention was given to joint projects and programs that are in the process of implementation, their successes, as well as issues related to trade and economic cooperation and border ground ports.
The parties also discussed future high-level visits and events, reaching an agreement on the continuation of active cooperation.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, Amartuvshin Gombosuren, and his Chinese counterpart, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sun Weidong.
