On the night of February 28 to March 1, an Iranian drone attacked Dubai International Airport (DXB). Eyewitnesses describe a sharp panic among passengers.

After the strike, hundreds of people quickly left the waiting areas, leaving their belongings behind. Some even abandoned their suitcases in an attempt to reach the exit.

The facade of the building sustained partial damage, and glass and debris were visible on the floor. Airport staff immediately declared an alarm and began evacuation, with passengers moving in organized columns.

According to preliminary reports, four people were injured as a result of the incident.

By the morning of March 1, the situation at the airport had stabilized.

Prior to these events, on February 28, Israel and the United States launched strikes on Tehran and other areas of Iran. U.S. President Donald Trump announced plans to destroy Iran's nuclear program, urging the Iranian army to lay down their arms and the country's population to take their fate into their own hands.

According to the Iranian Red Crescent Society, the attacks resulted in 201 deaths and 747 injuries. Earlier, authorities reported 108 deceased schoolgirls from a girls' school in the city of Minab, where the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) base is located. Israel and the U.S. have not yet commented on these reports.

In response, Iran attacked Israeli territory and U.S. military bases in the Middle East, leading to a state of emergency being declared in Israel. Iran's retaliatory actions also affected other countries in the region.

The European Union expressed deep concern regarding the situation in the Middle East. Leaders of Germany, France, and the United Kingdom condemned the Iranian attacks, calling for peaceful negotiations.
