- Dmitry Peskov, a Kremlin representative, and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that a new round of trilateral negotiations between Ukraine, Russia, and the USA will take place in Abu Dhabi on February 4-5.

A third victim, who was driving a KamAZ truck, did not require hospitalization, although the truck's cabin was burned.
- In Stary Oskol, Belgorod region, two people died as a result of a drone attack on a private house, which led to a fire and partial collapse of the building.
- A market in the Slobidsky district of Kharkiv was shelled, resulting in two injuries and damage to several trading pavilions.
- According to Ivan Fedorov, head of the regional military administration, one person was killed and another injured in the Zaporizhzhia region as a result of a drone strike that destroyed a private house in the village of Veselyi Hai. The victim was a 38-year-old woman.
