Approximately 281 citizens of Mongolia live in the Middle East, 40 of whom are in Israel

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia has announced plans to organize the repatriation of its citizens from Israel upon receiving appropriate requests. This information was provided by the agency MiddleAsianNews.

In light of the current tensions in the region, the ministry strongly advises against traveling to Israel, Iran, and other Middle Eastern countries.

Currently, there are about 40 Mongolian citizens in Israel, who are either married to Israelis or have obtained citizenship of that country. At the same time, there are no Mongolian citizens in Iran.

In response to the situation, the Embassy of Mongolia in Ankara has created a special chat for its citizens in Israel, where they can exchange important information and advice.

If Mongolian citizens wish to return to their homeland, based on past cases, repatriation will be organized through the Taba port located on the Egyptian border with Tel Aviv.

In total, about 281 citizens of Mongolia live in the Middle East. The countries they reside in are as follows:


The Ministry of Foreign Affairs provides all necessary support and consultations for citizens in this region through its embassies in Ankara, Abu Dhabi, Cairo, and Kuwait.
