Those who disagree with the imposed fine have the opportunity to file a complaint in the district court of first instance within five working days from the date of receiving the notification.

Ch. Khuyzayaa, director of the Traffic Management Center (TMC), noted that the transition to an artificial intelligence system will not lead to a sharp increase in the number of fines. "This is just the first step towards full integration of technology into traffic management," he added.
Some drivers express dissatisfaction with fines that they claim were imposed for not yielding to emergency vehicles or fire trucks. However, the Ulaanbaatar Municipal Corporation (TMC) has denied these rumors, assuring that all fines are issued only after careful analysis of the situation.
It should be noted that over 2600 new cameras have been installed at 176 intersections and exits in Ulaanbaatar. These devices are capable of tracking 10 different types of violations, providing complete control over traffic using artificial intelligence.
