Some studies link these manifestations to exposure to microwave radiation.
According to information from the New York Post, some guards of the Venezuelan president encountered serious health issues during the operation, including nosebleeds and vomiting blood. One witness described the events as the effect of "a very powerful sound wave."
The Venezuelan Ministry of Defense also reported 83 fatalities during the operation; however, Trump declined to provide further details about the new weapon.
