New York Post: The USA used directed energy weapons in the capture of Maduro

According to the New York Post, during the operation to capture Nicolás Maduro, the commandos involved used a powerful secret weapon that caused his guards and military personnel to "fall to their knees." This became known through an interview with one of the soldiers guarding Maduro, published on X by representatives of the White House.

According to the witness, "there were many of us, but we had no chance... At one point, they used something terrible. I can't describe it, but it was like a powerful sound wave. Suddenly, my head started to 'explode.' We all started bleeding, some even vomited. We collapsed to the ground and couldn't get up. After that sound weapon, or whatever it was, we couldn't even move our legs."

The New York Post also reports that White House representatives have not yet commented on whether press secretary Caroline Levitt confirms the witness's account. Earlier, the Venezuelan Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that more than a hundred Venezuelan military personnel were killed as a result of the operation by American forces.

An expert contacted by the newspaper noted that the military has long possessed directed energy technologies, including microwave and laser weapons. He also mentioned that in 2020, Chinese troops used microwave weapons against Indian soldiers in Ladakh. However, if the witness's information is accurate, this would be the first case of such weapons being used by American forces.
