
Emilio Pevida Pupo, the Ambassador of Cuba, presented his credentials to Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, the President of Mongolia. The press service of the President of Mongolia confirmed this information.

President Khurelsukh emphasized that diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Cuba have been established for 66 years, and during this time, cooperation between the countries has significantly strengthened.
Ambassador Pupo noted his readiness for active engagement in further developing and strengthening bilateral relations.

Highlighting the importance of President Khurelsukh's visit to Cuba in 2023, the head of Mongolia also emphasized the support that Cuba has provided in training specialists from Mongolia, particularly in the medical field.
The ambassador expressed his determination to continue working on strengthening traditional friendly ties and developing cooperation in key areas such as healthcare, biotechnology, and education.
