From November 1, 2025, to January 29, 2026, according to the National Statistical Committee, 159,132 citizens of Kyrgyzstan have imposed a self-ban on lending using the mobile application "Tündük".
This initiative, launched on November 1, 2025, represents a new mechanism that ensures the financial security of citizens and protects their personal data from fraudulent activities.
The process of imposing a self-ban through the "Tündük" application is as follows:
• Install or open the "Tündük" application.
• Go to the "Services" section and select "Self-Ban on Loans".
• Choose a bureau ("Isheniim" or "SES").
• Click "Enable Self-Ban" and complete the process!
The self-ban can be canceled at any time, but only after 12 hours with the possibility of cancellation.
If a notification "Service temporarily unavailable" appears, it is recommended to update the application and try again.
